Whole Foods NoMad Pizza offers several features that make it a compelling choice for a quick and reliable meal.
Consistent Quality: The pizza is made using a standardized system, which results in a highly consistent product. While it might not be a gourmet experience, you can count on the pizza being the same quality every time you visit. This consistency is a major plus when you're looking for a dependable meal.
New York-Style Pizza: The pizza is a good representation of the classic New York-style. While some might find the crust a bit thicker than a typical paper-thin NYC slice, it offers a sturdy base for the generous toppings. The sauce has a noticeable flavor, and the pizza is topped with a full "blanket" of mozzarella cheese, ensuring a satisfyingly cheesy bite.
Exceptional Value: Whole Foods is known for providing good value, and their pizzas are no exception. An 18-inch pie is available at a very reasonable price, especially when compared to other pizzerias in Manhattan. This makes it an excellent choice for feeding a group or just getting a lot of food for your money.
Convenience: Being located inside a full-service grocery store is a huge advantage. You can grab a slice for lunch and do your grocery shopping at the same time, saving valuable time. The market is also well-maintained and clean, making the overall experience pleasant.
Kid-Friendly: With its casual atmosphere and universally loved food, the pizza station is a great option for families with children. The simple menu and quick service make it easy to grab a meal that everyone will enjoy.

Whole Foods NoMad Pizza is a great choice for several key reasons, particularly for those who prioritize convenience, consistency, and value. In a city saturated with pizza options, it stands out as a dependable and pragmatic choice. The pizza itself is a solid, no-frills option that gets the job done. While it may not win awards for being the best slice in the city, its consistent quality, good flavor profile, and generous cheese topping make it a reliable and satisfying meal. The crust, while a bit thicker than some traditionalists might prefer, provides a sturdy base that holds up well.
The value proposition is also a major draw. Getting a full 18-inch pie at a competitive price is a significant advantage, especially in Manhattan. Whole Foods NoMad Pizza Reviews
this is a Whole Foods Market located on Madison Avenue. street level includes: the hot/cold buffet station (pay by weight), a Cafe Grump coffee station, and the typical hot food stations which includes a pizza oven station. upstairs is the food market where you can do grocery shopping. overall, this market is super clean and well-organized like most newer whole food locations...and it has all of your grocery needs covered plus there is a seating area with a bar.this review is about pizza station which is on ground level. the pizza station serves slices and pies. there are typically a small variety on display. the pizza is NY-styled but the crust is a bit thicker than a normal NYC slice. the quality of pizza is about average as Whole Foods has a system for making pizza and it results in pretty consistent average pizza. the crust is a bit thick and not very crispy. the sauce has flavor and can be detected but it's not very memorable. the pizza does not skimp on cheese and you get a blanket of mozzarella. gotten a pie from this location when i didn't haven't time to make dinner and it was average / good...it is an 18" pie and WF doesnt charge a lot for its pizza so I'd say it's a pretty decent value. overall, you could do worse in terms of pizza in NYC so this place is a solid choice but with so much great pizza in NYC open from morning til late night...you have options...you don't always have to settle!

Love the ease of checking out. No wait today but even if there's a wait, it's not a long wait. Need one in Bayside which is where I am from.
