Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location.I placed an order through the app on March 23rd for pickup at 5:55 PM. I ordered the Philly Steak & Cheese, and I added extra dressing, vegetables, and bacon all of which cost extra money. I specifically ordered this for my lunch on Saturday, March 24th.When I opened the sandwich the next day, I was shocked. First, it had a white sauce I never asked for, and none of the extras I paid for were included. No bacon. No extra veggies. No the dressing I asked for. Just a messed up sandwich.I contacted Subway’s customer service through their website, and all I received was an email saying my case was “resolved.” I received only an apology email but no refund, solution, nothing.I then called the store on March 24th at 4:42 PM, and the woman who answered was incredibly rude. She asked me why I didn’t say anything the day before and even accused me of lying because I had already eaten the sandwich even when I told her it was supposed to be my lunch for today. I explained I still had the other half of it and had taken pictures of the other half, but she hung up on me. I called back at 4:44 PM, and the man who answered couldn’t care less. When I asked for their names, he also hung up on me.This is beyond unprofessional. When I picked up my order, they even said there is any order under my name and then had the nerve to “correct” my pronunciation of MY OWN NAME. Seriously?I will never return to this location. The staff is rude, untrained, and clearly doesn’t care about their job or customers. They can’t even read properly the orders. I will be disputing the charge with my bank because I’m not paying for items I never received.Total waste of time and money. I won’t back here never again. As you can see there is very few steak like what is wrong with them?

We ordered 2 rotisserie chicken sandwiches from this location both of them were made completely wrong and came with beef. We called this location for customer service and it seemed like an interrogation rather than help. We were told to first take a pic of the sub then they said the owner needs evidence so bring the subs. All together this was a horrible experience.

Horrible manager and worker. Went in asked for chicken they gave me pepperoni and told me i put in the wrong order. Mind you the order was through uber so it clearly was written i asked for chicken. Argued with me for ten minutes even after i gave back the sandwich.

I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews so it pains me to do so. First thing's first, I ordered six foot-long sandwiches. They gave me a ripped paper bag to carry 6 sandwiches, and even after I asked them to replace it, they said to carry it from the bottom; they were unwilling to give me a new bag.Second, I specifically ordered a foot-long Homestyle chicken salad sub (menu item #42) from their site. When I got my order, I got it as a wrap. I went up to them and told them about this issue. They insisted that's how all the Subways franchise makes it; they don't make it in a foot-long sandwich. I was in a hurry and didn't hop on the Subway app to confirm this. Once I got home, I confirmed that Subway indeed do make foot-long homestyle chicken salad sub. They could have told me to switch it to another type of bread if they could only do it in a wrap (I am not a fan of wraps). Needless to say, I got scammed there.Third, I ordered a turkey and ham sub. As you can see in the picture, they included one slice of turkey, and one slice of ham. I'm sure Subway did not train their employees to only do two slices of meat in their sandwiches.Overall, I don't recommend ordering here. I also will be reflecting all these issues to the Subway organization in their customer service page. Hopefully they will improve and fix the issue mentioned. I would love to fix my comments if this Subway location improves and work on their issues.

No Star for this horrible place. I went to order a veggie patty sandwich. They did not have any patty. They said they only have veggie delight. So I ordered that. They just slapped some old looking veggies on a piece of bread with 2 small pieces of cheese and squirted some sauce and called it veggie delight. It looks like something out of the garbage can, not even a dog would eat. The worst thing is it cost $9 and they have the nerve to ask me if I want to leave any tips. Most horrible lunch I've ever had.
