Customer service is highly poor they aren’t able to get simple orders right and they pretended they listen to you and give you And do what they like especially the girl have a nice one. These are the reasons why I stopped buying food.

The lady who served me was in a bad mood. She got angry because I was asking for all the vegetables. Then I asked for napkins, and she started speaking in another language. What did she say? Surely something rude.

Poorest customer serviceI asked the lady if she could replace the meat in the "Deal of the Day" with tuna, but she said no. So, I requested just vegetables instead, making it part of the deal. She hesitated, then acted like she was making an exception and started adding tuna anyway. At the end, I paid, but she refused to give me the chips and drink, claiming I didn’t get the deal. If I specifically asked for only vegetables, why did she put tuna in the first place? It feels like she tricked me into paying.
