I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your store. Despite advertising new merchandise, it appears that the items are consistently sold out during my visits. Instead of offering alternative options or solutions, the staff responded in an unpleasant manner. This lack of customer service has left me feeling very unsatisfied. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure a more positive shopping experience in the future.

Online orderers beware - they scam you.Placed an order through the app for ASAP pickup and go to pick it up. Guy behind the counter says there's no online order. We show him the order on our app and he says no, he can't accept that.He then tells us to talk to the bank because he won't make the sandwiches. Avoid this subway.

Scam Subway! They advertise using the subway app IN STORE yet when you place an online order they claim they have recieved nothing. This is conveniently during the bogo online sale, they took my money! A total dishonest business , they should be reported
