Not sure why everyone else had such a bad experience but mine was fine. The sandwich tasted good and the service was good. The worker (I believe his name was Sharif) wasn’t super friendly but he was cordial, nice and worked at a decent pace so I think a 4-star rating is fair. Very tiny store space though but there was only one other customer in there so it didnt feel crowded.

Truly upset n very bad. Old man is very rude. I asked for the 6 inch combo deal which comes with chip and soda with 6 inches sandwiches n he said the deal is over. I m still getting cause I was eat my lunch in subways where this is still available. When I ask the reason? He said y I talk too much.Honestly I m there frequently n I never saw the deal which is not right. After that I order foot long sandwiches with my frens n he really disrespects us by throwing food on the table. When he wasting for the pay, I told him I thought it was free n u have it to us. He said we should pay, my reply by laughing I said u need the money n the customer so respect us. He is very bad. It’s been so long that I came over now when I see that I really get angry n my friends also stopped n I told my colleagues not to go. I won’t recommend it to anyone. Check the deal n menu in other subway store before entering this place. They charge extra money for chips n drinks which is free when I buy in other subway store as it combo and the price is way more cheaper in other place. The guy n the place sucks. They should close the store.

Horrible!I came to eat with my kids, I am a frequent customer and I have the rewards app. This employee has no idea about the rewards points,don't know how to use the machine so ended up loosing my points after buying from this store 5 sandwiches +Drinks. Add to that that they had no mozzarella cheese and no cucumber. After he seen me disappointed he lied saying to do it at home with the receipt I tried before leaving the place and it was not possible. Eat elsewhere !!!

I don’t like giving bad ratings but this subway needs to be shut down. As I was waiting for my order, I see a roach walking past the counter. Mind you, the compartments that store the veggies and meat were NOT covered and out in the open. Then, I look over by the signs and I see roach nymphs all over the counter and underneath the sign, meaning this place has a roach infestation. I told the man to forget about my sandwich because I had just seen a roach walk across the counter and he didn’t seem surprised. This is disgusting and in shocked this place is still open.

So I went in here and ordered my food and the worker told me to get out even though I was a paying customer. I just wanted to eat something quick since I wasn’t feeling good but they made me feel worse. Worst subway, go to the one in junction it’s way better!
