Worst subway sandwich I ever seen in nyc . Staff working with sleepy moods also bad attitude no courtesy to customers. Store is not clean. Not recommended.

They open whenever they want. I arrived at 9am when they are supposedly open & the worker wouldn’t even open the door. And food’s ‘freshness’ is very dependable on the day. Very rude and doesn’t accept criticism regarding their food. Chance if you dare.

The lady who worked here today (friday)was very rude and obnoxious.i asked for two soups and a sandwich. She wanted to do my sandwich first I asked her to do my soup first cause I was still deciding. She's not moving I said miss I need my soup first let me keep deciding im the only person in the store . She starts mumbling under her mouth and gives me attitude .I ask for a 6 inch Baja steak and Jack she gives me a kids sandwich barely no meat nothing . She wants to tell me im rude but yet she's not doing her job . I should have went to jerome they aren't rude they do there job and they say hello how may I help you . Atleast I would have got my money worth.

Customer service is ok. I don't expect a red carpet treatment from a subway but i can tell that some of them are miserable. Some easily jump to a defensive mood when you try to correct them or change your mind. The place seems clean and hygienic. I like how they avoid cross contamination by removing their gloves to ring someone out and then putting on a new pair to prepare food for the next customer. There might be something wrong with the soda fountain though because my lemonade tasted really weird.The bacon in my sandwich tasted a little old but the bread and veggies were fresh. The raspberry cheesecake cookie i had was BOMB
