The meatball sandwiches at Subway are still good. I ordered a #6, which has meatballs, pepperoni and double cheese.

I love this location, here is why:Unlike other Subway branches in Brooklyn, the staff here is consistently polite, professional, and accommodating, especially when I call to make special requests. They always prepare my sandwich exactly as requested, which is particularly helpful since some delivery apps don't allow for detailed instructions.Today, Ovi Ahmed went above and beyond, even calling me back to confirm my order details. Every team member I've encountered at this location over the years has been professional and dedicated to providing great customer service. The management, whether local or regional, should be incredibly proud of this store's representation.

I order buy in uber and they literally but a bunch of pepper im allergic the photo isn't clear but my daughter and me had to take allergy pills first if all i literally pay my money second of all its really rude and third im not rich for you to be making my food bad. The indian kid is respectful and polite and the rest of the workers are rude. Also threw my food like i was a animal. Sorry but i used to love buying from there im not sure about now.😒😰😥

Management needs to rethink their approach to customers picking up orders…I walked to the store in the rain asking for an order placed about 30 minutes earlier through the Subway app and already paid for. I stated my name and what I ordered. They didn’t make it because they called the number and no one picked up. I want to emphasize that the order was already paid and included tip. In addition they asked to see my id in which I refused. I showed them the app confirmation and they again refused to service me without seeing my id. Meanwhile 3rd party delivery services can come in and pick up without showing their id… baffling. Regardless the app confirmation page/email should be enough. Even if I did show my id I would then have to wait for it to be made negating the point of ordering ahead and picking up.I will not be returning to this establishment in the future and wrote this review in hopes of giving others insight where they should spend their money and time.
