I’ve sworn this place off in the past and I stopped in to see if things are still overpriced. I should have stayed away. Staff is friendly, nice clean establishment, the prices and portions are ridiculous. I don’t understand how they can operate in good conscience. This is their $14 Famous BLT. If you like being robbed go right ahead. Bacon egg and cheese is almost $8. I understand food prices are high but $14 for a This is ridiculous. A BLT, a bagel with cream cheese and jelly, a biale with cheese and a cheesesteak wrap over $50.. they hit a lick on meCatskill bagels over on Cortelyou is my Go To From now on!

Love this place for breakfast! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Spot is very clean! Food came out nice and warm. The cappuccino omg it was amazing! I have tried. Other items as well and they are all good.

The night shift staff are wonderful at this location! They are attentive and kind. The food is really good, and great for late night eats. It’s always in my regular rotation!

EVERYTIME I called the workers hung up on me, sometimes answering and leaving me on hold, sometimes answering then hanging up immediately. At one point, they answered screamed at me and then hung up the phone. Then every time it rang, they would answer and hang up answer and hang up.After one night ordering over the phone and them forgetting my juice and flan, I called to order it again (happy to pay delivery again) but they just kept hanging up on my number and it's been like this ever since. Tonight I was on hold for 10 minutes before calling from my brother's phone and then answering in an instant and taking the order. The morning staff is absolutely amazing, but whoever is working at night needs to be fired. The guy and the girl that works at the counter because they're evil individuals that should not be in customer service.
