I worked under the great Chef Mario Hernandez, and the memories that I have of this place truly will stay with me forever.The food was amazing and way ahead of its times, all of the accolades they received were well deserved!They had the perfect team, people who truly cared for this business.There will never be another like it!

The food is good but maybe my expectations were too off, I thought that all their plates would have insects as ingredients. I was kind of disappointed to learn that was not the case. The guacamole was the best I ate in Manhattan so far, but the ants were barely noticeable. The drinks were very good too.

July 30 · Frank SiuQuite a nice atmosphere, food is good.I got attracted to the tortillas, orange and kind of fluffy a tiny bit sweet but very tasty.You have to try the grasshoppers either as appetizer or garnish they taste quite good.The service is good and staff is friendly.Oh yeah, they have a good selection of tequila if you're in the mood.I will definitely come back to try more dishes.
January 30 · Joel A.R.Came here on a Friday night around 8pm and there were a few open tables for walk ins. The restaurant had a few good options with black ants and grasshoppers. We tried the black ant guacamole and there was an option to have it without the ants. We tried it and couldn’t really feel a difference with the ants being there, but we enjoyed the novelty factor and trying something new. I recommend this place if you are adventurous and want to try something different
