The shop feels welcoming, the staff are always kind, and you leave not only with amazing treats but also with a smile. It’s the kind of local place that makes our community feel special. Highly recommend stopping by!
August 18 · AngelI love a good scone and The Sconery did not disappoint. I tried the cheddar pepper scone and it was incredible. The perfect slight crisp on the outside and buttery, soft and light on the inside. The other scones on display looked lovely as well so I’ll definitely be back to try more. The cheddar scone was $5 but it was a good size.—I have since been back three more times and everything is still divine. Adding a few more pictures of some of the yummy things I’ve tried. Note that they switch up flavors regularly as they go by what fresh fruit/ingredients they have.
August 30 · Patricia WindleWas walking by and noticed a new store in the area. Walked in to take a look and was enticed by the smell of delicious baked goods. I typically do not like the scones made here in the US, as I find them to be hard and dry, but I figured I’d give them a try. I purchased three scones, and I was very happily surprised and impressed by each. The cinnamon scone was warm from the oven, it was moist had a cinnamon layer inside and was glazed. So delicious! The cream scone was tender and moist- true to a cream scone in the UK. The blueberry was out of this world. Very excited about the shop and will stopping by regularly. Staff was super friendly, felt like you were in a family‘s kitchen. Highly recommend!
September 02 · Jeff GautierGreat new shop in the neighborhood! Delicious sweet and savory scones and some drip & iced coffee options. Super friendly and for their soft opening through August they are open 7:30am-3pm or until they sell out. Highly recommended!
August 13 · K CRUN, do not walk or speed walk. RUN! Shiela is an outstanding baker and let me tell you about her scones.I am not a scone gal, never have been. I always found scones to be a bit too dry for my liking. But these scones?! I believe they may be the best scones in all of the state- possibly country? Either way- get you some! The blueberry had a slight sweet glaze on top with FRESH blueberries- I devoured it in 5min. The peach, outstanding! The blackberry-vanilla? WOAH!!!!!!! And my all time favorite, cheddar black pepper which makes for a fantastic base for a yummy breakfast sandwich. They are all light and airy but never crumbly or dry! They sell quick and she is baking them all fresh, in house with limited space so keep all that in mind when making a trip. She does her best at keeping up with the demand but be mindful and patient ❤️Eventually, she will be installing a walk up window so folks walking their dogs or with a stroller can place their orders from the sidewalk!Overall, great vibes from the employees! They have been so nice every time I stop by. Shiela is a GEM and I am so glad she is here :)
