Date Night with my wife celebrating her birthday.We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, refined, and inviting. The décor was beautiful, the lighting perfect, and the music created a relaxing mood.The service was top-notch—professional, friendly, and very attentive without being overbearing. Every dish was presented beautifully and tasted incredible, showing real attention to detail and quality ingredients.It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion or just an evening out when you want something truly memorable. Definitely be returning soon!Suggestion: although it says casual setting.. Think dress to impress it enhances the experience and definitely fits the setting. We always Do!

Food was delicious!! If I go to a restaurant that has shrimp and grits on menu that’s what I get it, I prefer the grits to be creamy these grits were grainy but still good. The buffalo cauliflower was delicious!! The buffalo sauce wasn’t overpowering.

My first time dining at this establishment. My wife has been here several times and chose this restaurant for her birthday. I made reservations originally for 7pm and then modified them to 5:45. Overall the service was great, our wait staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. I would have gave 5 stars on everything if it wasn’t for one thing that annoyed the hell out of me. If it wasn’t for my wife wanting to dine here and it was her birthday I would have got up and left. They sat us at a small wobbly table against the window in the dining room. My wife asked if we can sit at a booth instead because the table was so small and wobbly, & we felt cramped. The hostess who sat us said unfortunately no because we have a lot of reservations tonight. We said ok and dealt with the small uncomfortable table. Then literally less than 5 mins (2-3 mins) later another hostess sat this couple down in the open booth next to our table. As the couple was sitting down the woman thanks the hostess and said I’m so grateful you were able to accommodate us WITHOUT a reservation, we usually make reservations but since people did not want to go out tonight my husband & I still decided to go out to dinner. I gave that look like you can’t give us the accommodation of sitting us in a booth when we have a reservation, but give a booth to people without a reservation. That pissed me off and if it wasn’t for my wife wanting to dine here I would have went elsewhere.

Guillaume, the manager helped me host the most amazing baby shower for my daughter. He is detailed oriented and actively involved with all the planning.The staff Arianna, Brianna and Vicente were very attentive to my guests. Everyone continued to compliment the venue, the service and the scrumptious and delicious food (even for my guests with food allergies). I would not hesitate to have another celebration at The Sinclair - it was absolutely perfect!!!!!

The Sinclair in Fairfield is a great spot for a night out. The drinks are excellent, with plenty of creative options to choose from. The menu has an awesome variety of appetizers and some really cool entrees that make it easy to share or enjoy a full meal. The atmosphere is one of the highlights—an upscale interior with a lively vibe, plus a cool patio area that’s perfect for outdoor dining when the weather’s nice. Overall, a solid place for food, drinks, and ambience.
