★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Not wanting to travel all the way to Brooklyn, you would not believe my shock when I discovered a board game café in Midtown Manhattan! After paying, you and your friends can eat (cost separate) and play for up to 3 hours! They have tons of classics such as CATAN, Sorry, Candy Land, and Taboo. However, they also have unique and uncommon games such as Haiclue, Daybreak, and Telestrations. My advice: definitely come early! Tables and seats are limited to a first-come-first-serve basis. You should also plan ahead of what you want to do. Some of these games take an hour or two, while others are fast a couple of minutes. Nonetheless, have fun and check out their shop section where you can buy some of the games too.
March 06 · Stephen KSo many choices! Great place to celebrate a birthday playing games (and escaping the heat in AC). We will definitely be back! The staff is super friendly and accommodating!
June 19 · Samantha BrownellThis place is a true NY gem! I had previously visited but completely forgot to share my experience. As I was passing by through the neighborhood and had some time to spare I went in and Cooper took care of me. He had helped me pick this awesome game for a Friendsgiving and this time I had to thank him for guiding me with that choice. This place has any board game you could think of and the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Please visit and bring friends to share yummy snacks and possibly challenge those friendships 😅
February 05 · Philippe GiledeI really liked it! My friends and I go crazy for board games, this was a really nice place for 10 dollars per person for 3 hours. The workers are very very nice, they were clear, helpful and immediately explained the rules and everything. They were active and the games were very organized. You also have a lot of option to even buy the games. There were 1 floor to ceiling wall of playable games and 3 walls and displays of buyable games. Not kid friendly though, a lot of adults males playing role play boardgames (the ones that are long, takes 1-3 hours to play and require a lot of experience). Loved the experience I will be returning ❤️ The bad reviews about the broken AC did not occur for us, the rooms were nicely aired and it was completely normal. I recommend going around 11-12, after it might get busy.
April 14 · CrystalLi (Tiffany)Definitely on the crowded and noisier side but it was such a fun spot to hangout with friends with a bev of choice. The barista that helpedMe out was really sweet as well! Great vibes, great games, overall a good experience. They have sooooo many walls filled with board games, my kinda paradise on earth
