Bad service. They gave me bacon in my egg and cheese when I ordered my egg and cheese plain. I can’t eat bacon. Completely messed up my order. Not kind people, would rather go to a different Dunkin.

For the second time they did not give me all my donuts that I ordered and when I came back to explain the situation they told me they couldn’t help me. When I’ve been to other locations and there are errors due to the Dunkin app they work with me to resolve the situation. But here they said they couldn’t help even though I was only missing one glazed donut, which they had plenty of. Never coming back to this location again even though I come here every week as an nyu student.

Stoves are very rude I asked him. Hey you put me around sandwich can you give me on my red sandwich they say oh that’s the order I told him I didn’t order this kind of food I show them. Mobile app still ignoring it’s so annoying I just threw the sandwich. I didn’t waste my time. I just drink coffee because of the wrong sandwich

Coffee is very okay. The cold brew coffee is not that strong and tastes somewhat old.Their cappuccino is decent.I do enjoy their chocolate cake donuts which were very moist and delicious. Not too dry and cake-y.

Dirty and outdated. Took one sip of my coffee and spit it out. Should’ve known better after seeing the state of the place.In 2025 it’s just unacceptable. Do better
