Reviews weren’t too great but we thought of giving it a try when we walked past and were starving.Jumbo Shrimp roll: Something about it seemed raw. Didn’t finish it.Fried Chicken Dumplings: Had hardly any chicken in it. It was literally all dough.Tommy’s Lo Mein: The saving grace. The only good thing compared to the rest.As for the lady at the counter: Terrible customer service.Also, we felt terrible in a while. Something was definitely off with the food. Will never return.

I love Tommy Kitchen - They have excellent customer service and excellent food - I would have given 5 stars for food but they changed their wonton recipe. I was happier with the wontons before the change. - I love their fried wontons and wontons soup. Their ribs are always perfect - all their food is great. They are so very nice.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!! I stopped in here because iHop was packed on Halloween + it was a Sunday. I wish I had kept driving.I ordered the lunch special - shrimp & broccoli. It tasted terrible!! The sauce (if you want to call it that) had the consistency of goo, that stuck to the broccoli and side of the bowl. The shrimp looked like the were barely cooked. The wonton soup was awful as well. It tasted like they dumped a bucket of beef bullion in there, stirred it up and called it a day. Just pitiful.I will NEVER return! The lady at the counter had a little bit of an attitude as well. There are boxes stacked up all in the front of the store. It looks like a warehouse when you first walk in. The decor, food, employee - all horrid!!!

We are well traveled, educated New Yorkers, we know what good Chinese food tastes like and this is NOT it!!!!Do you think that this is what Americans want to eat?WE DONT!!!I knew John when he owned this restaurant and his food was outstanding!$50 for lunch later….What happened to this place? The food used to be excellent. No pork in the fried rice. Just brown. No flavor in the pork dumplings. Just bland food. My order was to be delivered at 2:00. At 2:20 I called, they forgot my order. They said they will cook it quick. It tasted like it.What a disappointment. Never again.You ruined this establishment.

I've been getting food here a long time and they're always kind and timely. Prices are better here than some other takeouts too, at least in my experience. It's not the best takeout I've ever had, but it's the best I've found in the area while living here.
