Veniero’s is hands-down one of the best dessert spots in NYC. Every visit feels like stepping into a sweet little piece of history. Their Fruit Tart is an absolute showstopper. The buttery crust is perfectly crisp, the custard is silky smooth, and the fresh fruit on top is always vibrant and bursting with flavor. It’s as beautiful as it is delicious. But the real star for me was the Fruit Cheesecake. Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness, it strikes the perfect balance. The fresh fruit topping adds a refreshing, tangy contrast to the dense, luscious cheesecake base. It’s one of those desserts you dream about days later. Service is friendly, and the old-school charm of the place makes it feel warm and welcoming. This place is an East Village gem. Whether you're grabbing something to-go or sitting down for a coffee and dessert, you can't go wrong .

We visited Veniero’s and picked up a box of pastries. The strawberry tarts were fresh and creamy, and the cannoli with pistachios was delicious. What I really liked is that the desserts weren’t overly sweet, and the small size makes it easy to try different kinds at once. Everything looked beautiful and felt homemade.

It’s a very classy cafe, the decor is beautiful it transport you directly in the late 1800s. The place is huge and you have a ton of option for pastries.We got the carrot cake and strawberry cheese cake, both were excellent and fresh.The service was quick and good.We totally recommend this place if you are around.

iconic old school pastry spot that’s open late and full of charm. the lemon cake was amazing — bright and not too sweet. huge menu so there’s something for everyone. love the vintage interior and friendly service. a nyc classic for a reason.

We make it a point to visit Veniero’s at least once a year to get our fix of their delicious cakes. The raspberry and chocolate truffle remains terrific! Super chocolaty with a dense layer of truffle, the cake gets its lighter break from the raspberry layer. The ricotta cheese cake is another favorite. I also love their American cream cheese version, but this is Italian style. Not overly sweet, the ricotta cheese cake is super moist. And we tried for the first time their apple cake. Great crust with a deep caramelized apple topping. Glad to see the place going strong.
