This is my first time dine in that specific location 26 richmond Hill road after I moved recently from brooklyn, to b honest one of th best experience i had it was the whole my family, the cashier ( KIOSK ) He was so patient and so nice with my big order which about 22 items, the manager ( JANIYA ) was very very nice when I have miss understanding with two of my order got them wrong SHE fix it right away without an issue, definitely will back again soon, I recommend Wendy's richmond Hill road .Thank you so much JANIYA for your serviceAnd thank you KIOSK .

⚠️HEALTH CODE VIOLATION: A young customer from high school was asked by a young lady working at Wendy's to get ice for her. The cup of ice was passed from a nonworker to a worker. What will the FDA, health inspectors, and customer waiting in line at the drive through say to that?!⚠️So besides the corporate decór of a Long Island map showing where we are that bewildered us, we actually enjoyed the aesthetics to this place. It may be one of the best interior designs we have noted out of all the Wendy's locations we have gone to!To add to that, there was a nice young lady with light hazel eyes who was very patient with one senior citizen that was a bit cranky and another one who was more nice. We thanked the cashier for that. She just kept smiling despite dealing with us as a group.So, the self serve stations were absolutely filthy; and, sadly, the young lady with the hazel eyes we are raving about asked a student she knew to get ice for a customer. That is a no-no and automatic health code violation. Also, the restrooms, front doors, and Kiosks were very dirty. This place encourages the spreading of bacteria . . . Nice young staff, though unwilling to keep the place clean. This place is straight up DISGUSTING. Waited like 17 minutes for two burger meals and then NO ICE in soda machine? The whole place was sticky and filthy. The employees were absolutely miserable. Whats wrong with you people? Literally one person, young kid in drive thru, he was the only one not miserable looking. Whole place is sticky.

I went through your drive-through recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The person taking my order was unresponsive and came across as quite rude. There was no greeting or acknowledgment, and the same lack of courtesy continued at the pickup window.I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but customer service is an important part of the experience. I hope this can be addressed with the staff so that future visits are more welcoming.7/42025 at 12pm. Hopefully you can address person at the window.

I had 3 mobile orders made to be picked up at the drive through. The lady at the window said I have to come in for more than 2. I went into the store waited for 20min and they keep taking the next customer and every time I try to explain to them that my order is not up on this side because it’s for drive through pickup and they just keep my saying I have to wait. And after they realize that they haven’t started making my order yet. They just made it and it total I was there for 40m. They never apologized and gave me my order incomplete and messed up. This is absolutely the worst Wendy’s location and I won’t be going there anymore.
