This location is always clean. The staff rotates, so I don't always get a friendly face or service. The food is quickly made so no long wait time. It's never crowded so there's always seating.

The food took about an hour to make. Super busy location. The staff was friendly to me but I was watching. She was sassy to about some other people. Maybe they were being rude too. The food was great after getting it. Washrooms they need to buzz you in. Place is kinda not so clean but I liked the sliders.

Authenticity White Castle- Bernice the manager is the best! My birthday falls on Valentine’s Day and this is my go to for my birthday- I then order 100 burgers and bring them to my team at Delmonico’s- p.s. they have a drive-thru and their own parking lot. For a Valentine's Day dinner you need a reservation!

The food was hot the staff put it together as they should. But the customer service via the front desk taking orders was absolutely dreadful. Im sure they are losing money on that alone. Regarding the area, its new york what can you expect. Bathrooms were cleaned and locked buzz in access only.

The burgers were to thin and sloppy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there for food anymore. All the food is downsized to kiss meals. Tiny meals that don't get you full. Thin meat. This fish. Thin chicken. It's sad how it is.
