★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came here on a Saturday night with my partner and the atmosphere was great! A talented singer and musicians and lively dancing from the other patrons made it so fun to be there. Salome was our server and she was very attentive and helped us understand the menu, as we're not Georgian. The adjaruli was so savory and delicious, it's a must have! Anyone curious about Georgian cuisine should come here to try it.
August 16 · Jorddana De Los SantosI’ve now eaten at a fair number of Georgian restaurants in NYC and found this place fairly average compared to others I’ve tried. We started with the khachapuri but it fell flat and lacking somehow. Of the dishes we had, the chicken in garlic sauce was the best with a nice creaminess to it. On the other hand, the potatoes and mushrooms weren’t so great and definitely not worth the price. Service was also patchy and inattentive. For Georgian food, there are definitely better options.
May 11 · ReedHFrom the moment we walked in, the service was dismissive—no greeting, just drinks dropped on the table unopened. The bread was cold (every decent restaurant warms it up),the lamb chops and chicken tabaka were overly salty, the kharcho soup was disappointing, and kids had no options beyond dry French fries. The restaurant smelled of oil (as if the kitchen door had been left wide open) and despite looking decent from the outside, inside it was the opposite: poor service, poor food, poor atmosphere. We spent for dinner ~$270 and it was absolutely not worth it. Rate is 2/10, never coming back.
August 25 · Vazira TurakylovaI visited X Factory for a birthday event and had a great time! The food was delicious - especially the Khachapuri. Our server, Mariam M., was amazing - fast, organized, and super attentive. The chef’s show was a nice touch, though it could use a bit more flair. Overall, a great place to celebrate and enjoy authentic Georgian cuisine!
April 06 · Irakli BebiaUnfortunately, the service at this restaurant left a very negative impression. In particular, the service provided by the waitress named Samari was disappointing — she was unfriendly, rude, and did not take the time to listen to my full order. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a place of this level. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience.
