★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fantastic hot pot restaurant! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with vegetarian options, it made choosing easy and stress-free. The broth and food selections were fresh, flavorful, and offered something for everyone. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends!
September 05 · Meghana PenumarthiFirst of all, the food was absolutely delicious. The meat, vegetables, and various sauces all looked fresh—and tasted even fresher. As a hotpot enthusiast who's tried many different brands, I can confidently say that most places tend to taste quite similar. However, this spot stood out with a broth that was both clean and rich in flavor. I was curious about why it tasted so different, and when I asked the staff, they told me that instead of using pre-made soup bases imported from China (like many others do), they make all their broth fresh in-house. That explained everything—it tasted authentic and genuinely fresh.Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, possibly because the restaurant just recently opened. Although there were some slight delays in receiving our orders—likely due to the lunch rush and the restaurant still being new—I was overall very satisfied with the service.Thirdly, while the menu felt a bit pricey at first, I quickly understood why. The lunch set I ordered was $27, and at first I thought, “Why so expensive?” But when the food arrived, I was more than happy with it. The portion seemed a bit much for a woman dining alone, but as a guy, I found it just right and very satisfying.Overall, I had an excellent experience. The restaurant had a clean and pleasant atmosphere, great music, and even the restroom was spotless. It wasn't overcrowded, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I’d rate it 95 out of 100.
August 29 · Dave D ParkI came for dinner with my parents, it was their first time trying Hot Pot, they loved it. It is really clean and nice place, sauce bar is well organized. They said the broth are housemade, all the ingredients are very fresh with reasonable pricing. Staffs gave the great and sophisticated service. Highly recommend!
September 11 · Eunji KwonSuch a hidden gem in Manhattan! The hotpot broth is super flavorful, ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. What surprised me the most is the price — very affordable for NYC, especially in Manhattan. The place is clean and cozy, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Perfect spot for friends gathering. Will definitely be back!
September 01 · 孤魂The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is fresh. The place is very clean since they just opened. It is located on the second floor but there is an elevator for convenient access. Definitely would come back!
