No matter the work shift they are nasty here. Happy meal boxes on the floor behind the counter. I'm sure the were picked up and put right back to give out to customers.

Date 09/27/2025, time at 5:27This McDonald’s has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I came to pick up an Uber Eats order, and they told me to wait outside. I sat there for over 10 minutes while employees, including the manager, saw me sitting and completely ignored me. It wasn’t even busy they were just standing around talking.When the manager finally came over, he asked for the name of the order, only to tell me it had already been picked up by someone else. If the order was gone, I should have been told right away. Instead, they wasted my time and left me sitting outside with zero communication. That’s lazy, unprofessional, and shows no respect for people’s time.If the staff and manager can’t even do something as simple as check in with customers or drivers waiting for orders, then this location is being run very poorly. Terrible service, terrible management.

95% of the time, my order is incorrect at this McD's. For example: if I order a double hamburger, why is there cheese on it! The cook doesn't pay attention to the orders. Not everyone eats cheese. There have been times I've gone home and had to return my order because something is missing or my order is wrong.I have also ordered on the McD's mobile app from 4 blocks away, and by the time I get there, my order is still not done. Why go on the app to order in advance, and I still have to wait.See below for the attached example of my double HAM, which is not supposed to have cheese as stated on the order.

I just bought some nuggets from there but they were barely cooked and even though I informed the staff, they did not change it.
