The unique square-style pizza is also a delicious draw, offering a delightful alternative to the city's countless round pies. The classy and upscale vibe of the restaurant added to the overall dining experience, creating an ambiance that elevated the meal. The pasta and pizza at Bar Pasquale were standouts. The square-style pizza, with its unique crust and abundance of flavor, won me over in its own delightful way. The pasta was the true star, surpassing even its neighboring restaurant. Each dish was expertly prepared, leaving me wanting more with every bite. The drinks at Bar Pasquale were also on point. The combination of the pizza with burrata and the vodka sauce was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors were harmonious and truly amazing. While the shrimp appetizer was good, it didn’t quite match the excellence of the pasta and pizza. Nonetheless, it didn’t detract from the overall dining experience, which was superb. In summary, Bar Pasquale in NYC is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a classy and upscale dining experience with exceptional pasta and pizza. August 01 · Shere SaidonBeautiful place! We met Chef Josh, who explained most of our dishes to us! Very knowledgeable, very nice. The service was so very helpful & professional! The food itself took you on a journey. It was definitely a journey worth taking!! I recommend a visit if you're in the area. Wow!
December 10 · john whiteI had a great weekday lunch at Bar Pasquale. Our server was attentive and paced the courses perfectly. My favorite dish was the summer parfait (beans and labneh). It was beautifully plated and was a perfect starter on a hot summer day. I also enjoyed the Classica pizza and rigatoni alla vodka. I’m excited to go back for the full menu during dinner service.
July 08 · Lauren GI went to Bar Pasquale on the second night of service and enjoyed everything about it. The interior is beautifully designed–a really well done mix between welcoming, warm, and modern and old-school NYC Italian. I dined alone at the bar and the staff was sweet and knowledgeable. The true highlight, however was the food! I started with the heirloom tomato and strawberry salad which is one of the best things I have eaten at a NYC restaurant in a while. Being Sicilian, I was also a huge fan of the pizza. The crust has the perfect thickness and is amazingly crispy at the bottom. My mom would approve. I also had the cannoli for dessert and the ricotta filling tasted just like at my nonna's house. Overall: highly recommend.
July 19 · Marina ArbenzSkip it. Bar Pasquale neither lives up to, nor compliments its next-door parent - in any way. The service is not just aloof, but unwelcoming, slow and chaotic. Interiors are a snooze to the point that they must have either ran out time, or money. The appetizers are fine, but the $18 “pizzas” are meager slices of focaccia with the notion that maybe a piece of meat touched them once - with a dollop of melted cheese. $18. Really disappointing - overall.
