Basil leaves crowned it all, gently singed from the wood-fired oven, adding an aromatic lift to every bite.Don’t be fooled by the “personal size” label this pizza is generously portioned, easily the size of a regular large pizza. Perfect for sharing, though you may not want to.Paired with a crisp white wine, the combination was effortlessly elegant. The wine’s acidity cut through the richness of the cheese, cleansing the palate and making each slice feel like the first.To finish, we tried the panna cotta, and it was the perfect finale. Silky, subtly sweet, and topped with a seasonal fruit compote. Delicate, light, and beautifully balanced.The ambiance is intimate yet energetic, thanks to the open kitchen and warm, minimalist design. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the laidback luxury of the experience.
