I ordered two banana splits with chocolate fudge, old-fashioned butter pecan and pistachio almond ice cream scoops for each. With hot fudge, pineapple, strawberry, chopped almonds, and Cherries. When I got the order delivered, I had the three scoops of ice cream on the containers, with 2 bananas that were not peeled on the side. And I also got none of the toppings on either one. This is the third time that they screw up my order and it will be the last time I order from them since it seems that they have incompetent people working there. And the from the other reviews I just read, it proves my point. Worst place for ice cream in Staten Island, don’t bother ordering from them…..

Do not buy ice cream cakes from this place. I ordered a 2/3 sheet of mini cones ice cream cake this past weekend. When I picked it up and the mini cones already melting and they don't even have any bag for my cake. After cutting it the frostings are at least a full inch thick. This means they don't know how to make cakes and I only got about an inch of ice cream for a $50 cake. Never again.

These people seem to mean well, but the parent company doesn't really know how to run an online business. We ordered a birthday cake, for which my wife prepaid. The confirmation said to stop by at noon on the given day; I arrived at 12:30. Sadly, the cake wasn't ready -- it wasn't even in the store! Apparently, they make the cakes in a second location on the other side of town and it still was there! So I made a second trip 90 minutes later and there it was -- along with a district manager, who offered a sincere apology.That's all well and good...but here's my bigger issue. The employee when I first arrived offered -- very appropriately, I might add! -- that they had other cakes in the front freezer. "Oh, great," I said, and started to walk that way. "Can you write a greeting on it?" Turns out that's not allowed -- no greetings can be done "locally;" only at the store across town.Yeah, their ice cream cakes are good and they try hard. Still room for improvement, though...and, perhaps, a little training to enable employees to write a few simple words on an existing cake if the custom one doesn't make it by the deadline!
