The staff was unbelievably kind, friendly, and they even gave me a generous scoop, so it pains me to give this place a 2 star review. At the same time, the ice cream is just not good (it's like the lowest tier of grocery tier ice cream) and the prices aren't great either (~$5 for two admittedly extremely geneous scoops). I threw this item out after eating about a third of it simply because I didn't think it was worth the calories. Again, staff is not the problem, but you can do better by buying store brand ice cream.

I just witnessed a young black woman get denied what she wanted in this Baskin Robbins, Graham Ave location by a young black man because of her weight! She walked out as I came in and she said out loud "I guess you don't want my money." I was confused until I heard another coworker tell this black worker "That was not cool, you should not bash her like that" and the black guy proceeded to say "So what, she was like 260 pounds!" I am disgusted with this young man and I walked out! Sorry but he should be FIRED! How dare he do that to this woman!

Last weekend I stopped here with a friend to grab a cone while on a walk. We were helped by a young woman who was funny, nice, very sweet + so good at her job. She made our day. Seriously.

Terrible! Stay away! Ordered a cake online and they need 24 hour notice which is fair. The next day when a friend is going to pick up the cake. No cake! No one calls me to tell me the cake maker has disappeared! Wake up or close your doors!
