★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As far as flavor goes it really does feel like my mom made the food but as far as restaurant quality or any home cooked meal, preparation is always is always number #1 .I took a big bite out of this duck then looked at what I ate and it brought me to disgust, I ended up throwing the entire plate out,all feathers
June 07 · Robin PersaudThe food was not good it’s terrible only order chowmein with onion and I think shallot it’s like they put a whole onion inside, terrible the cook didn’t think to chop up the onions fine …. and the shallot the food was too much overpowering and I threw it away…was better off with the fried rice againWished the food was better

April 22 · Cindy LaluI've always ordered from bigwell on 107 but when they opened on 131 I started going there as it was so much closer to my home. I found that recently the service is getting out of hand. I place and order for a school donation. Told them I needed it for 1230 as I had to drop it off at 1pm for the kids to have. I went to pick up order and was told they ran out of rice and was making a fresh batch with had only 15 mins more to finish. I waited, and at 12 45 was expecting to get my food, however that did not happen and I got my food until 120. Already passed the time for school drop-off. I felt with what I had to on my end and kept supporting the business. Then I went to place order for chicken chowmein and house special fried rice. When I got home it was 2 fried rice. Mind you my mom wanted a chowmein as she hasn't been well and and felt like eating some chowmein after. Long time. I was so disappointed. The staff don't pay attention to your order and does not apologize for their mistake. And it seems like management don't care either.
