## What is Worth Choosing
When dining at Bossam House in Palisades Park, what is most worth choosing is one of their famous combination plates, which allow you to experience the full range of their signature offerings.
For the first-time visitor or a group of two or three, the 1/2 Bossam And 1/2 Jokbal combo is the perfect starting point. The Bossam provides a clean, tender slice of boiled pork belly, which is traditionally wrapped in salted cabbage and paired with the pickled radish and savory Kimchi for a fresh, delightful textural crunch. The Jokbal, or braised pig’s feet, offers a deeply savory, slightly sweet, and gelatinous counterpoint—often described as meltingly tender and highly flavorful. Choosing this half-and-half option ensures you get the full scope of the restaurant’s expertise.
Alternatively, if you are a fan of unique Korean specialties, you absolutely must try a combination that includes their highly-rated Soondae (Korean Blood Sausage), such as the 1/2 Jokbal And 1/2 Soondae plate. Patrons consistently rave that this is the best soondae in town, making it a critical choice for an authentic Korean experience in New Jersey.
Finally, don't overlook the specialized Bossam options, such as the Garlic Bossam or Oyster Bossam. The generous portions and authentic sides guarantee a filling and memorable meal that justifies its reputation as a leading Korean restaurant in the Palisades Park area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1For all my soondae lovers, this is the best soondae in town! Theyre packed with sticky rice, glass noodles and tons of blood.Don’t sleep on their $5 frozen soondae. It’s only called frozen. They’re freshly made and stored in the refrigerator. Just boil them for 5 minutes, spread some sesame oil, and enjoy with leftover kimchi (chef’s kiss)
April 10 · Joe ChangDelicious balanced meal with braised pork , rice and veggies. Very good! Will be back to try more
August 22 · Jason ChenBest bossam in NJ! Always our go-to for bringing delicious Korean food to friends. The bossam/jokbal combo is tender, flavorful, and loved by everyone—from kids to grandparents. The radish sides pair perfectly with the pork!
August 11 · Tebbie KimI ordered a spicy bossam for 1 person. The spicy sauce flavor is very good. But the meat is pretty dry and rough. Overall, the food is good for $19
October 28 · Kyo HeoVery good jokbal. Much better than what you can get from hmart or Hannam. Make sure you eat it before it gets cold, and oh yeah the fatty parts are the best. If not your style, they can give you lean parts also.
