New York City is constantly evolving its entertainment landscape, and in the heart of East Williamsburg, Brooklyn Greens has carved out a truly unique niche. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great golfing environment, with what feels like a municipal golf course theme. It’s a unique take compared to other simulators. The bays are super spacious, especially when compared to simulators in Manhattan, and it would be a fun environment for a group. The golf clubs are a “mixed bag,” and only reinforce the feel of a municipal golf course. I hit a Big Bertha off the tee, and if they had Pine Eye IIs to demo, I wouldn’t have been surprised.Prices felt reasonable, but I wouldn’t consider a deal or a discount.Overall, I was excited to share my experience with friends and told everyone it’s awesome place to find in East Williamsburg.
February 13 · J. Graham FaddenAwesome spot. 4 golf simulators and a common space to hang. Plenty of room in here. There’s a bar up front and some table seating (may have food, did not check). Service was A+, knowledgeable and courteous. Would highly recommend if your looking for something to do when you have an open afternoon. The aesthetic of this place is that of a golf course club house. Really well done.
April 21 · Matt MeanyI recently celebrated my 30th birthday at Brooklyn Greens, and it was nothing short of magical! Of course, my friends and family made the night unforgettable, but the venue itself truly set the tone for an amazing celebration. We had access to a private space away from the golf simulators where we could dance, chat, and make lasting memories while enjoying personalized cocktails that added a special touch to the night. The best part? We still had full access to the golf simulators and the greens, so we could switch between hanging out and having fun on the course. Even months later, my friends and I still talk about how perfect the venue was for the party, and it has become a go-to spot for us for other events. We’ve returned for trivia nights, date nights using the golf simulators, and even their New Year’s party!Brooklyn Greens truly lives up to its slogan, “Best greens in the neighborhood.” If you’re looking for a unique venue that offers both fun activities and a fantastic atmosphere, this is the spot. I can’t recommend it enough!
October 19 · natalia renteria mosqueraI came to this place unexpectedly (& didn’t golf), but ended up having a great time. The espresso martini was super sweet, but the marg was great!
June 30 · Lexi D.Great space, good availability, and friendly staff. Really liked the vibe and great to have a space like this in Brooklyn.Took 2 lessons here a while back and had drastically different experiences. I'm a high-handicapper, never taken a lesson. Liz evaluated my swing, asked me about my goals, gave me some solid feedback about my grip, stance, takeaway, took video, explained to me my tendencies, and gave me 2 drills to practice fixing my over-the-top move. Came away really happy and was excited to come back a few weeks later. The next lesson was with Nick. Showed up late to my early morning time, watched my swing, basically said it was "solid" and that I just needed to literally swing harder. Spent the next 15 minutes with no swing changes, and just getting me to swing harder (I'm no speed demon so maybe this is fair feedback? FWIW, My 7 iron goes 150 and Driver goes around 225, when the ball is hit well). No drills, instruction, practical advice, etc. It was basically a range session with him watching me, without much feedback other than him telling me to swing faster. Note that I'm still a very high handicapper (never broken 90), a very inconsistent ball striker, and regularly duff/skull shots. Maybe just a bad day, but was pretty surprised by the poor experience. It was an early morning time slot and it really seemed like he either had a rough night or just didn't want to be there at all. Maybe a one-off bad day, since I read a lot of positive reviews about Nick, but I'd rather just reschedule if an instructor isn't going to put their best forward than spend $120 on a lesson.Love this place and want it to succeed, but was disappointed. YMMV on lessons / instructors.
