The service was terrible, lacked professionalism customers standing in store while counter service workers was only focused on uber and DoorDash orders line was out the door people were never served counter person was rude and never acknowledged any in store customers if zero stars were available I would rate it with them.Its is the state of customer service along with higher prices on the food and the worse customer service I have experienced to the point that I left without purchasing food after waiting over 30 minutes for nothing

I don’t believe the workers understand basics or simple orders. Ordered chicken fries and they gave me mozzarella sticks. I’ll rather go to wayne location to order instead of coming to any of these Paterson locations.

I come to this store this morning and only one person working and doing the hamburger, giving attention to the costumer in the store and drive- thru , packing the orders , only by herselfBurger King make lot of money daily , is not possible to keep two workers in the morning early ?
