My opinion about this Burger King at the SI mall needs improvements to compete with the other franchise in customer service. The girl cashier at this location taking the customers orders isn't friendly or charming at all. She needs to be trained to be more friendly, attentive to give the drinks and do her best to give a good customer service. I had to ask them to give me a shake that I had paid for and they forgot to put it in my order. The quality of the food always is good, fresh and delicious.

This is one of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t greet you at the pick up counter, had me waiting 10+ mins before I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING about picking up my order, witnessed orders being wrong or things missing. They all look miserable and unenthused to be working there. Miserable. The regular girl at the counter with light brown hair, horrible.DON’T waste your time with this location!

Waited 40+ minutes for a simple 2 item order. The 6-8 people working today on 4/27 closing shift were all arguing with each other and moving like they just got out of bed.

I’ve been ordering for the mall more consistently and I have to say this is the freshest BK in Staten Island. You can also watch your food being prepared which is a plus. Great staff and good food!
