Delicious Oreo Ice cream cake made fresh for my sons birthday. I had called and asked if they had any Oreo cakes left and they hadn’t but the owner offered to make it fresh with only needing 3 hours to be ready for pick up. Thank you so much!!! Hey if you don’t ask, you’ll never know. Now I know! 🥰

I have been ordering custom photo/picture ice cream cakes from this location since 2019. Unfortunately, this past summer will be my last time. I ordered a ice cream cake for my son's birthday in August and I ordered it two weeks prior to the date I wanted to pick it up. I paid in full as well. When I went to pick up the cake on the date that I said I would pick it up, the young cashier lady said it was never completed and told me that I could pick up one of the cakes already made in the freezer of equal price and offered a gift card. Needless to say, I was not happy. I wanted the cake with my sons picture but I had no choice but to accept the generic cake since his party was in 2 hours time. The lady processed to say sorry and said that they didn't make it because one of the stores on the island was closed and they had an influx of customers. Well damn for an order that was put in 2 weeks ago, not sure how that applied to my situation? not sure how busy it got for 2 weeks ? Also, in the past, maybe 4 of the ordered custom photo cakes that I have ordered from this location had the wrong requested colors or design of the photo was not good quality. But I told myself it was minor mistakes and I kept coming back because my family loves ice cakes and we are not into regular cakes. But I will choose a different location for the next family event. Too bad to be honest. But I will not be providing my money to a location with poor customer service especially for big events
