No more. I go here often I like Carvel a lot. I will find another location. I feel bad for the owner who can't be there 24/7. How did you find the lemon faces who work here at night.Miserable if they don't want to work or don't want to listen to customers you don't need them. They are damaging your business.It's ice cream its meant to bring happiness. Not here at night.On top of their I don't give 2 S#its attitude the Ice Cream is not cold enough and the amount is not right but when mentioned they could careless.To think I still tip them.

Staff are nice BUT most don't have a clue as to how to pump out a swirl of ice cream. AND sometimes the stuff in the freezer has been melted and frozen again (and they still try to sell it). AND sometimes the soft serve is grainy (huge ice crystals, not smooth). They need to train employees much better and have better quality control.

I will say that this particular franchise is clean and employees are polite and efficient. Recently the value of carvel has gone down, especially as their small sized cup got smaller and at best the price stayed the same but may have been increased.

Staff come and go good ones & bad ones.Owners need to train employees young or old to be experienced behind the counter to serve customers politely and correctly. Please train your employees to put the "RIGHT" amount of toppings especially when US customers Are paying More for what WE are NOT getting!This was my 1st and LAST time I will visit or recommend This Carvel's to anyone and I live around the corner....! OVER RATED!!!

Everytime seems like there is less and less toppings. And now only certain sizes are bogo on Wednesday. If your that cheap then don’t even offer it it’s a disgrace. Tired of wasting money. I rather go to Baskin-Robbins
