CAVA Introduce
In a city that runs on speed and convenience, finding a meal that is both healthy and fast can often feel like a compromise. CAVA, the popular Mediterranean restaurant, breaks that mold. Located on Broadway in the heart of Midtown, CAVA offers a fresh and flavorful alternative to typical fast-casual dining. This spot is a go-to for those seeking a quick, nutritious, and delicious meal, providing a wide variety of customizable bowls and pitas that cater to a range of dietary preferences. The concept is simple: you build your own meal from a colorful array of fresh ingredients, from super greens and grains to various proteins, flavorful dips, and an impressive selection of pickled and roasted veggies.
The appeal of CAVA lies in its commitment to freshness and variety. As one frequent customer notes, "there is so many variety of vegetables (super greens, variety of pickled veggies, & roasted veggies) you get on a bowl that there is nothing else like it in other places so far." This emphasis on diverse, high-quality ingredients is what makes CAVA a standout in the crowded New York food scene. Whether you're craving a Falafel Crunch Bowl, a hearty Garlicky Chicken Shawarma Bowl, or a Spicy Lamb + Avocado creation, the menu is designed to satisfy. CAVA also understands the importance of providing options for everyone, with plenty of vegetarian and organic dishes, ensuring that every customer can create a meal that fits their lifestyle.
The atmosphere at CAVA is casual and trendy, making it a popular choice for a quick lunch or dinner. It's a place where you can grab a wholesome meal without the fuss of a formal restaurant. It's particularly popular for solo dining, as well as for college students and families looking for a healthy and satisfying meal. While the space is known for being compact with limited seating, which can make it challenging to find a spot during busy hours, the focus remains on providing a great meal. For those who prefer to eat on the go, the restaurant offers seamless takeout and delivery services, making it a convenient option regardless of the seating situation.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We tried Harissa Avocado Bowl and vegetarian-friendly Falafel Bowl. Harissa Avocado Bowl was good and filling, but we were very disappointed with Falafel Bowl. For a price of nearly $19, we expected more than just two falafels, and felt like a rip-off. We felt cheated with that. Falafel Bowl tasted good, but not worth the price! This restaurant has only about six chairs, so it can be very difficult to find a place to sit, especially during busy hours.Customer service could be more friendly. Based on our experience, we will not be returning to this location.
September 11 · EssiI come here very often for a good reason. One critique is that on some days ingredients are more fresh than others and they taste that much better—and during the week is better (on the weekend grilled chickens are always over cooked). But in general there is so many variety of vegetables (super greens, variety of pickled veggies, & roasted veggies) you get on a bowl that there is nothing else like it in other places so far. I also think this CAVA location is better than the others—it also has a good seating with a good view of NYC streets.
September 03 · Inho HwangThis salad traveled from nyc to nj... all for nothing... I bowl full of vinegar... I couldn't eat it after I starved all day... never again... garbage
August 12 · Rasheeda McknightFood is great but we’ve ordered them for delivery three times and 2 out of three times they got our order wrong. The first time they didn’t give us an entire meal in our order, second time they gave us chicken when we asked for falafel (we don’t eat meat). When we called to rectify the order they just don’t answer the phone.I would have them again but only in restaurant. I doubt we will order for delivery again.
August 02 · Nabeelah CoovadiaI come here very often as the food is great and feel the price is fair. Today while standing in line a very rude employee came out from a back door with an enormous luggage and aggressively pushed through the customer line, leaving me with a giant welt on my leg from the abrasion of his large luggage. I held back tears from the pain and continued through the line, but really traumatized from this experience.
