★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The gentleman cashier is very friendly and polite! I was excited to try the famous steamed rice rolls at this small but beautiful restaurant (I met through IG) 😊 I was not disappointed at all. I was hesitant because I wanted to try everything. I just got the A1. (Curry Fish Ball) and E4. (Fresh Shrimp.) It was so delicious and the portions sizes are really wonderful for such an affordable price compared to other steamed rice roll restaurants 😍 I will definitely come back again to try other dishes👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
May 27 · Rebecca ZhangWe passed by this small restaurant intended for take out. The owner was a bit chatty, but clearly proud of his works. The nice noodles are well done - soft without being mushy. The fish balls were standard ones from the supermarket. The sauce was a bit on the plain side.Would like to see a shop in a busier part of town - especially as Chinatown has shifted elsewhere
August 16 · Andrew LamFantastic freshly made rice noodles. The owner is very charismatic and funny. It gets busy on the weekends and orders might take a while since everything is made by 1 person, but well worth it. They take credit card but you get a discount with cash 10/10.
May 04 · AnthonyI found this place from recommendation on social media. It opens early so it’s a great breakfast option if you were leaving the city that day. The food was amazing, the portion was generous(I got the small for both food orders), and the owner was very kind!Everything was freshly prepared and came out hot. The fishballs were really bouncy and fresh tasting. The pork skin and beef tripe were very clean and flavorful. The rice rolls were pillowy soft.Highly recommend!! And definitely get it in person and eat it while it’s hot if you can, it’s worth it!
June 08 · Yuqing ZhengI was really excited to try this place, but honestly, I thought it was just average.I had the curry fish balls and the tripe, and I wasn’t particularly impressed. This might be an unpopular opinion—and it’s just my personal take—but the fish balls tasted like the kind you can get in the frozen aisle of an Asian supermarket. The rice noodles with the mix of sauces were pleasant, but they didn’t wow me the way many of the reviews suggested.I normally enjoy tripe, but the ones here were a bit too gamy for my taste, particularly the spleen. I really wanted to like this place, but overall, I thought it was just okay. A 3/5 at best.
