I am a big Chick-fil-A fan and I was super thrilled that there was a location opening up by the office. But my experience was beyond disappointing. I stopped by for breakfast and there was no line very empty. The place looked beautiful, but it took 3 minutes for someone to greet me in the drive through. I ordered 2 parfaits and a GRILLED egg white sandwich meal for my boyfriend. It took 10 minutes for the food to come out, and I was the only one there in line!!?? The hash browns were cold, the sandwich had the right sticker, but had FRIED chicken on the inside which was not what I ordered. There weren’t any sauces, McDonald’s down the road does a better job! The staff was super unprofessional and unserious and it reflected in the food. I don’t know if I would visit again..

Yesteday I went to the East Meadow location. It was a long wait in the drive through and a long wait to get your order. Nothing was delivered in order to the cars in the drive through. The food was hot but the chicken strips were gummy. I have never eaten a gummy chicken strip from Westbury Chix-fil-A location. I will not be ordering from this location. They suck!

Went here today and the drive-thru was a little busy. They had several people taking orders and they were very pleasant. When we received our order, we drove halfway home and then I realized I was missing my nuggets. We turned around and went back and they apologized and quickly rectified the situation. I'm giving them five stars even though there was a mistake with my order because of how professional and courteous they were. One can still receive five-star service even when there is a mistake. Everyone here was so respectful and pleasant.

My kids love it, its just chicken. But my biggest gripe is that corporate has people 30 feet infront of the menu to take your order. Whats the point of the expensive menu. Not everyone knows the menu well or any specials.

I had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A last week. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich at 10:26 AM and scanned in at 10:31 AM, but despite the line of four cars in front of me, I was told I couldn't receive the sandwich because breakfast was over. The line was long and not moving, and I was stuck in it, so I couldn’t leave or go inside to clarify the situation.I decided to try again the following week, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I waited about eight minutes to receive my order, which was frustrating. I was excited about the convenience of being so close to home, but the service quality has made me reconsider. I’d rather drive farther to a different location that offers better service and more reliable hours.I hope Chick-fil-A can improve their breakfast service hours and efficiency during busy times.

Never had that happened in my life, it sounds so different And the person who took the order is different then the person passing it through the window so there was five minutes wasted taking the bag. I think they need better management.Food was fine. Just a heads up, I don't think there are any tables for sit down dining.

Took a chance on this place even though some friends said it wasn’t good, and I’m glad I did! Ordered through the app, food was ready right on time and freshly made. Fries were hot, mac and cheese was cheesy and saucy, grilled chicken was great. Only downside: those fries were saltier than seawater. Still, I’d go back. Perfect spot to grab your food and eat in the car. It gets packed, so back into your spot makes it way easier to pull out of the lot!
