Okay! So, I’m giving this particular spot 3stars because of the food, I’ve been here a few times now, and even though the food taste good, it is ALWAYS COLD, and there’s nothing I hate more than cold food…also, you can tell the milkshake isn’t made with that chick-fil-A love. The place is very beautiful, ALWAYS CLEAN, and majority of the staff are friendly. I wouldn’t count them out, they just have to work on serving the food hot. Honestly, I see other reviews complaining about the lines, they move pretty fast with that part, you just gotta sit/stand, and wait for the food to come out.

If I would have to rate their service… 5 stars just wouldn’t be enough. The food was excellent, loved how the staff were super friendly and attentive (were generous with the sauces 🤭)!! Would come here 100% again!! And as always that Chick-fil-A sauce spectacular!!

Gateway Location had exceptional customer service from the cashier KRISTEN, she upscaled the sale in a seamless matter. Kristen was really helpful on explaining the menu & recommended us a delicious selection! The ice coffee was amazing, best tasting coffee, worth the money, way better than Starbucks! Really welcoming environment . Store looks amazing from all the details love the table from more than a table. First time my wife was in a chick fil A & loved it ! All thanks to kristen 🧡

A dependable chain option for a quick meal. We grabbed some classic chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Everything was served hot and fresh—the waffle fries especially were a highlight. It’s exactly what you’d expect: fast, reliable, and satisfying without any surprises. While it’s not a destination in itself, it’s a solid fallback when you want something fast and familiar.

Had the Cobb salad no bacon with Lemon joy (Ice Tea with Lemonade). Fantastic service as always. This spot is new. I think it's the 3rd one in Brooklyn, located next to Staples across from Dave and Busters in the Gateway Center Mall. There is lots of FREE parking. I saw a seating area no drive thru. Bathrooms are legit. Food is fantastic. Chicken sandwich is the bomb. Waffle fries my favorite. Crazy busy for the first day. On this side of Gateway it's like the only fast food spot by the Target, Home Depot, BestBuy. Panera and Smashburger is on the other side.
