## What is Worth Choosing: Menu Spotlight and Service Considerations
Choosing the Starbucks at Gateway Center means prioritizing convenience, accessibility, and the reliable quality of a globally recognized brand. The menu's strengths lie in its versatility and extensive range of both hot and cold beverages, making it suitable year-round. New Yorkers should certainly explore the signature items and new seasonal releases, which are always a highlight. Popular choices worth selecting include the various Iced Chai Lattes and the array of Frappuccino Blended Beverages, in addition to the highly-praised core espresso drinks.
For a quick and satisfying meal, the Breakfast offerings are a major draw. Grabbing a Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich or one of the various Protein Boxes offers a substantial start to a long day of shopping or work. Given its popularity for solo dining, it is also an excellent choice for a quick lunch break, where you can pair a coffee with a Crispy Grilled Cheese or one of the selection of savory baked goods.
However, potential patrons, particularly those with time constraints, should be aware of customer feedback regarding service. While the coffee quality is consistently rated as good, some reviews have noted issues concerning customer service and efficiency at the register, including serious allegations of racial bias, which are concerning. Customers are encouraged to use the highly convenient options of the Drive-through or mobile ordering and pickup to potentially streamline their experience during busy times. This is a large, high-traffic location serving a major commercial hub, and while the atmosphere aims to be welcoming, the speed and quality of personal service can sometimes be inconsistent, an unfortunate reality in high-volume settings.
Ultimately, the Starbucks at 519 Gateway Dr provides a highly accessible, feature-rich coffee experience, backed by ample parking and quick service options, making it a powerful and convenient stop for any New Yorker visiting the Gateway Center complex.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 19/24/25, the short light skin girl took the Hispanic lady's order, but left the register after seeing my sister and I next in the line. Also, she only made the Hispanic lady order and then went into the back. The skinny, tall guy, no enthusiasm, no spark, so dull and just gave us the drink. It was a caramel iced coffee with skim milk. It looked so dark smh. I.asked my sister, who's autistic and loves starbucks if she likes it. She said yes, but truthfully I know she didn't and it didn't taste good. SMH management get better employees and none that's going to be racist.
September 25 · ShaWorst experience of customer service at a Starbucks Dark skin short, skinny girl at register must be removed by management ASAP. Definitely not a good look for an establishment like Starbucks would fire the manager too for Hiring someone like her at least the person who made the coffee did a good job. Coffee was good.
September 05 · Aliannis TejedaCame here multiple times for a cold brew with cold foam and they are too lazy to whip the cream thick enough to float. No FOAM. Just heavy cream splashed into my coffee. It just sinks into my coffee. Then gaslight me and say that’s how it is. I go to multiple Starbucks and order the same drink and never have this problem. The barista is trash. The cold brew is not even BLACK. it’s brown. Never again.
September 04 · Crystal TorresOne of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The people at the counter mostly seem like they don’t want to be there. I’m going to dunkin going forward. Gave them 5 chances here. They are still bad!
December 12 · Andy MejiaManagement needs to check in on this location asap. They close 30mins before the posted time. If this is policy change the open and close sign so that customers don’t rush over here at 7:30pm.
