This was my first time going to Chili’s and it didn’t disappoint! The food was delicious and the waiters were so sweet and welcoming and always came to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely come again!

Love chilis. Out server was wonderful! The drinks were great as well. Tried the new mozzy sticks in hot sauce they were so great! A bit oily for my liking but not super spicy as I thought it would be. The corn my MIL really enjoyed. The wings were gone! Skipped dessert but the mushroom side was so delicious! Full of flavor and juicy. Highly recommend! All 3 burgers were finished and they were cooked the way everyone liked them. We took the soup to go.

We’ve really been enjoying coming back to Chili’s in Riverdale. It feels like they’ve totally stepped up their game! The food quality and flavor have definitely improved, the service has been great every time, and the prices are still super reasonable. It’s nice to have a casual, family-friendly place that’s consistently good again. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

The food was NOT the best. The place did not feel updated, refreshed, clean etc. It is just blaaaaa....Not impressed at all. Customer service is not the best . It can be much, much, muchn better.It can be a great neighborhood spot. Location, Location, Location...It is right next to the very busy, Rout 23 and the large and beautiful residential complex.."The Grande"."The Grande", has eleven or twelve beautiful buildings. People that live there for the most part, can afford to go out to lunch or dinner.The areas that surround the "Chillies",can be so much more prettier and welcoming.This Restaurant, needs a Manager that knows the business and knows customer service.Great food, great customer service, a welcoming and pleasant place are very, very important. Not forgetting clean and nice bathroom.Hope this helps to improve this spot all around.
