What is worth choosing Chirp?
Chirp is a compelling choice for anyone in New York seeking a delicious, high-quality meal that is both fast and flavorful. The primary reason to choose Chirp is its mastery of Peruvian rotisserie chicken. The perfectly seasoned and roasted chicken, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, is a standout dish that is a must-try. This signature offering is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to authenticity and quality. However, the menu's appeal extends far beyond the chicken. The savory and well-spiced stir-fries, such as the **Chicken Stir Fry** and **Beef Stir Fry**, are also highly recommended by patrons, praised for their savory sauce and freshness. These dishes showcase the rich and complex flavors of Peruvian cuisine, making them a satisfying alternative to the chicken. The availability of healthy options like the **Quinoa Salad** and **Avocado Salad** ensures that you don't have to compromise on taste to eat well, which is a significant plus in a city where healthy food can sometimes be hard to find.
Another key factor that makes Chirp worth choosing is its convenience and efficiency. Situated in a prime Midtown location, it's an excellent option for a quick lunch during a busy workday or a pre-theater dinner. The counter service model and fast turnaround ensure that you get your food without a long wait, which is crucial for New Yorkers on a tight schedule. The variety of service options—including curbside pickup, delivery, and takeout—provides added flexibility, catering to different dining preferences. Moreover, the dessert menu offers a delightful finish to any meal, with options like **Tres Leches** and **Passion Fruit Pie** providing a sweet taste of Latin America. While there may be occasional customer service feedback, the overall consensus remains that the food itself is delicious and provides great value for the price. The combination of its central location, efficient service, and, most importantly, its genuinely delicious and authentic Peruvian dishes, makes Chirp a top-tier choice for a quick, satisfying, and flavorful meal in New York City.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When I am on travel and time is of the essence, I look for eateries that have quick access but also offer quality and value. With this in mind, I came across this place, and gave it a try recently at lunch. It is a fairly small space, but has a few tables and you may get lucky to find a spot to sit if you can wait; there is quick turnaround with the patrons. It is a no-frills place, but offers Peruvian cuisine favorites with variations of chicken and sides that will appeal to many. I had Chicken stir fry in a rice bowl, and it was delicious. The sauce had a very savory blend of spices, and the dish was freshly prepared and was very appetizing.I am glad I stopped by here, as not only was the food very tasty, but also had the right vibe at a reasonable price. Also, a shout out to the staff working there; very pleasant and cheerful. Overall, a good place to get a quick bite in the area.
June 25 · J DThis place have good homemade taste Peruvian plates. The roast chicken is good and the spicy sauces give it the magic touch.Customer service from the cashiers is very bad.A lack of empathy and kindness to the people who actually pay money for their food.I recommend you just order online and pick up your food.
June 27 · Victor Hernandez8/1/25, 6:30pmAte here for the first time and the food was delicious! I had the 1/4 chicken with white rice and pinto beans which was $12, and my bf had the Peruvian beef fried rice which was $18. The chicken was juicy and tender. I tried his dish and it was really good! When I come here again I’ll definitely order the fried rice. It was definitely crowded a bit and tables were filling up quickly so this location seems really popular
August 24 · Janiqua MorrisNew Peruvian Spot Alert! It was Saturday night and I was craving a Peruvian pork sandwich. My husband found this place on Google, so we decided to give it a try. And wow, what a great find! The pork sandwich was absolutely delicious the spicy mayo and pickled onions, OMG, such an explosion of flavors! We also tried the chicken bowl and the passion fruit tart, both amazing. And of course, everything tastes even better with an Inca Kola! Definitely coming back!
August 30 · steph RThis place is delicious! I enjoyed the 1/4 chicken combo with 2 sides. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, the tostones were thin and crispy, the squash stew was flavorful. The portion was just right for me! I would totally eat here again.
