I've been coming to this Cold Stone location in my neighborhood for over 20 years. While the service has always been decent, I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review—until now.Today, we had an exceptional experience thanks to Hassaine. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Awesome creamy ice cream with stuff smashed into it!! Great! Pricey though! $8 for a medium (“Love it”) size. Line moves pretty slow when there are a bunch of customers.I got the strawberry blonde signature creation..which was terrific.

Cold Stone Creamery has delicious ice cream with tons of fun mix-ins. It’s a busy spot, so the service can be a bit slow and average at times, but the quality of the treats makes up for it. Worth the wait if you’re craving something sweet.

My siblings and I went to ColdStone to see what the social media buzz was all about. The place was clean, sophisticated and the employees were warm and friendly. I chose mint chocolate while my sibling chose French vanilla. It was the first time how the employee did the magic turning the ice cream with scoops on a wide flat base and swirling the toppings on a cup or cone. The ice cream was delicious! Instead of thinking of an order, there are many suggestions to choose from on display!would visit ColdStone again!

I have been going to cold stone for 15 years and have seen this particular Cold Stone's location its gradual demise. I always get the same thing everytime, but this time around was the last straw. Waiting 45 min for your order and then having people tell you that you can't get what you want is downright disrespectful. On top of the lying to a customer who lives not even a block away saying that the place is under new management. Just WRONG! So either the new manager didn't bother putting an under new management sign up pretending to be under the old manager that would give me what I asked or being cheap and just doesn't want to pay for a sign or another option lying about being under new management. Take your pick. What added an additional insult to injury, skimping on the toppings. 1 piece of fruit is SUPER not cool. Especially when your spending 11 bucks for the largest size. TERRIBLE!
