The waitress Maria was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations to try. I tried everything I posted and it was all a 10's across the board. Absolutely delicious, I will be dreaming about this restaurant. I was so amazed at how the Salmon tasted like the real thing but it was vegan, mind blown. It was very intimate but a great experience with my family. I honestly can't pick a favorite dish because it was all just so delicious. This was also my first time trying Panna Cotta and it was so refreshing. I honestly cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. I wish this restaurant was in Houston!!

This is the third of Chef Guys restaurants that I've visited in the past 2 weeks and by far my favorite one. The staff were super sweet and attentive. The manager was amazing, he personally stopped at my table for a brief chat about Sports with my boyfriend. Kevin, our server was great and very cheerful, gave some recommendations.Drinks we had were : Kiss & Tell mocktail, Ciao Bella & Fumo Di Mare. Recommend all 3.We had the garlic knots 👌 and margarita pizza. The pizza was baked to perfection. I had the spaghetti carbonara & my boyfriend had the special of the night. It was my first time ever having carbonara and I don't regret this being where I tried it first. We also had the chicken spiedini which definitely makes you forget it's not real meat. The flavoring and textures of all the food was spot on.The overall friendliness of the entire staff from entry to exit was sweet, every staff member acknowledged you on your way out. Our table was quickly cleaned up of empty dishes and replaced with new clean Utensils when needed. The attentiveness of Colettas staff definitely made this my top restaurant out of the others, aside from the food of course.
April 08 · Sam RI have been coming here for 4 years. That’s the only place where I actually eat pizza . If you like mushrooms you are losing a lot not ordering truffle mushroom pizza . That’s must try here. I have been coming back here just to savor this dish. I introduced my mom to that place and now when she is visiting me we go to Coletta multiple times. She doesn’t want to go back to her homeland without eating it. We order pizza gluten free and the crust is delicious and even crispier than the regular one. Cesar salad is another good healthy option . I always order dressing on the side to put as much as I need myself. Meatballs are good to order as well as crispy calamari. The new manager is doing a great job. I would like Chef Guy notices that. All stuff is accommodating.
