This worker verbally abused me and my friend and said he is above us because he owns the store. He had an attitude from the beginning and is extremely rude and professional. He had an attitude when I asked nicely “can you please warm the bakery item”, he had an attitude when I mentioned we are using “storytime” for the order and said “you come here and get free stuff so don’t put in requests”, mind you, my friend has sensitive teeth and she mentioned no ice in the coffee and that’s why he said that. I just said he can put less coffee and ice if it is about the coffee amount. Then he proceeds to walk up to my face and yell at me saying he is above me and I need to learn how to talk to people above me. Get him into therapy instead of working at this store.
