Grilled cheese sandwich was melted cheese. Bread wasn't toasted. Asked for it to be fixed or refunded. The fix was plastic in the remade sandwich.The lady Manger was disgustingly rude. Had to bring policeman in for refund. Tried to call # on receipt just to get no answer.

Croissant was burnt. The clerk handing out orders dropped my receipt, as she handed it to me. She turned and kept going. Luckily, I was able to retrieve it without losing my hot beverage.3/18/2022 I asked for a frozen chai with 2 pumps of caramel. My receipt said iced chai. I pointed this out, the lady and I go back and forth. She talks to the man and I walk out with a WHITE beverage, Vanilla spice (after she adjusted for the caramel that she forgot). Chai is BROWN. A frozen chai with no flavor syrup is BROWN. I just need to go somewhere else. The convenience does not make up for the service. The corporation or family that operates in Harlem just gives you anything at their stores.

I tried to order a milkshake after paying for it The employee refused to scoop the ice cream out of the container because it was too hard and said that it had to soften it up. Though I was only getting a milkshake Theoretically Ice cream is supposed to be hard, not soft. I also like to point out and I don't know why but they have a lot of flies flying around in their store.
