Weekends here are so slow. If I put in a mobile order at least 5-10 before I pick it up, why isn’t my order ready for pick up? I wouldn’t be annoyed if it’s because they’re busy but it wasn’t. Also they have most of their drinks on tap so it doesn’t take that long to make. Especially since I give a 5-10 min buffer incase it is busy. If you need to get to work on weekends you’ll be waiting a while for your drinks.

I came to dunkin all the way from Canada. The customer service is way too good. Shajia and her other coworker is way too good. They gave me donut free and made me a really good latte. Highly recommend this place

Every time I go to this location it is packed . Customer service is horrible and they never have donuts !!! I went this morning to get some donuts for my son class after waiting on line for about 10 mins I asked if they had any more donuts in the back or if they will be making/getting more and they completely ignored me so I walked out, this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts to me and it’s crazy that I need to uber or go to a different location because of these reasons . If you considering going to this Dunkin please reconsider and go to the next nearest location .

Their app is down for the past 2 weeks and when you try to pay with app or card, they tell you cash only. I usually order on the app and don't have much problems. The past three times I ordered here in person, I had pretty bad service or wrong items. Today was the worst. I ordered a breakfast sandwich but I like it more with sausage and not the bacon, they said they don't do substitutions...which is available on the app and they've done it before here. When I ordered on the same thing on Friday, they put the substitution in but gave me bacon, which was alright, I didn't mind it as much. But today, I had to throw out my breakfast because they gave me a bagel with a major allergen. I had ordered a multi-grain bagel but received a sesame seed one. As it is a major allergen, I had to toss it out at work. Overall, this experience left a bitter taste and I'm not sure if I'll come back to this branch again.
