Ordered coffee with less cream than normal and it was nearly white… not because it had lots of cream, but because the coffee was so watered down it was very light in color and tasted like nothing but hot water. So when I asked the employee to fix it, she took my cup, dumped some of it out and added more coffee to it—so now, while it tasted more like coffee, there was less of the pumpkin flavor I requested because instead of remaking it properly, she dumped it out (and spilled piping hot liquid all over her hand too). Unfriendly employees. Understaffed. The woman in front of me had a simple question about the app and the employee she asked quite literally refused to help her. Extremely rude and unacceptable. Unsurprisingly, they didn’t even have the item she was looking for because it seems like every Dunkin’ Donuts in the country is out of product or unable to make your order for one reason or another

If you are lucky,sometimes you can get this kind of beautiful store maded Bakers choice donut with chocolate filling inside.It was gorgeous and delicious I must say.I Bought 6 of them for my kids.

so the cashier at this location has the nastiest attitude , she literally wouldn’t let me tell her the drink i wanted and how i wanted it . she proceeds to make my drink and i told her that i wanted another pump of pumpkin bc she gave me 1 instead of 3 but she walked away rolled her eyes and made me another drink. instead of jus adding pumpkin so the second drink had nothing but milk so another employee had to step in and make it for me and she did amazing. if u don’t like your job then don’t work there . no need to be mean to people .

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews about this branch but if you go in the afternoon the staff is very nice. They didn’t mess up my order at all and was friendly. I had a BR triple scoop ice cream and it was fantastic

2022 Fast service and nice. Anytime I’m visiting friends and family in Harlem this spot never disappoints.2024OCT. The position drink was delicious and looked awesome. Great service again when I’m visiting.
