I ordered the new chipotle wrap they have. I had it at other Dunkins and it taste really good. But they totally blew the order. The only thing they gave me was hash browns and bacon inside a cup.Look, I know we all make mistakes, right? No big deal. But they refused to fix my order or give me a refund. It was so weird. Usually when this happens at a fast food place, they can't wait to fix it, right? Not here.What makes it weirder is how badly they messed up the order. I mean, they had the wrap on their tv screen. I pointed to it. I asked for it specifically. I don't believe they even sell hash browns in dixie cups, do they? Also I'm a vegetarian and I specifically asked for no bacon.This couldn't have come on a worst day. I shouldn't have been spending that money any way, it was financially irresponsible. I couldn't afford the meal. Which is my fault. But I like fast food and I decided to treat myself. Now I'm out fifteen bucks and pay day isn't until Friday. And I didn't even get the breakfast I was dying for.Never support this Dunkin. They are terrible.

It's my neighborhood Dunkin and it has never disappointed me! I usually order ahead via the app and when I arrive, my order is already waiting for me.In addition, they keep the place pretty clean and tidy. What more can one ask for?Finally - if you're not in a rush, they have some seating inside for your convenience.Pro-tip: Love ice cream? Good! Me too! They have a Baskin Robbins section in the back. 😁 🍨

I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese and instead I got a rock. This bagel was totally burnt and it felt like eating a rock because of how hard it was. I didn’t expect this from Dunkin and I will surely never come back. Very Disappointed.

The morning sun shone brightly over the quiet streets of New York City. It was a peaceful morning, and I needed a refreshing iced latte to start my day. Dunkin' Donuts was just a short walk away, so I set out, enjoying the cool morning air.The streets were unusually calm with little traffic, making the walk pleasant. As I reached Dunkin' Donuts, the familiar smell of coffee welcomed me. The store was cozy and not too busy, perfect for a quick stop.I walked up to the counter and ordered an iced latte with almond milk, no sugar. The friendly barista quickly made my drink. I watched as the ice clinked into the cup, followed by the dark espresso and creamy almond milk mixing together.With my iced latte in hand, I took the first sip. It was cool and smooth, the perfect balance of strong coffee and creamy almond milk. It was just what I needed to wake up and get ready for the day.As I finished my drink, I felt ready and excited for the day ahead. The visit to Dunkin' Donuts gave me a refreshing start, making the quiet morning even better.

What a inexperienced Manager. So nasty! Arguing continually with guest & the employees. You you go you can heard it . My lord!!! He said she's on duty Manager, but she was taking orders. She took wrong coffee order , when I asked her its wrong order, she started arguing with me . Then she was threatening her employee. I've to left this place immediately.
