this dunkin location is convenient but the service is just bad.there is 10-15+ minutes wait when the location has small load, constantly items are missing or there are wrong items.you have to return back and ask to add something, they don't check and give you wrong coffees, while i was waiting just today i saw multiple people trying to fix a mess they made with their orders.sometimes i order on the app to pick food up but they just skip it and move forward, you come and nothing is ready. then you wait, nothing happens, and then they will see you and ask "what you want".today they put bacon in both of my wake up wraps though i specifically asked for no meat and it is in the check. it's critical for me and i found out only when i already bit one and bacon can cause severe stomach pains for me as i don't eat meat for many years.i understand it's not the employees, usually they are the same ones so they're definitely working there for long. but there is absolute lack of training and thanks to that orders are always messed up and are prepared extremely slowly. i see i'm not the first person writing this. attaching pictures from today, however something like this happens to me constantly at this location

To the owners of this location. PLEASE TRAIN YOU STAFF BETTER TO SERVE AND HEAR THE ORDER. On several, several occasions, I've had my coffee order messed up. You want to stay in business, listen to your customers, you might make more money and have better satisfied customers.ONE silver lining you have going for you is your employee name MALA. If it wasn't for her, you would have a failing location. Mala, always gets our orders correct.

Hello, tonight I came here to enjoy a iced matcha lata with cold foam from this dukin. A min after I got my drink I noticed it started tasting weird and upon inspection I saw that the cold foamWas clumpy and had a bad smell to it. I then went back to dunkin and explained the situation and they took my drink back. 3 min later they brought back my same drink and tried to tell me it was a new one and that the cold foam was new. I then got aggravated and the man took my drink and left for 10 min to finally bring me a new drink.I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DUNKIN AGAIN.

Typical Duncan where we met some friends and had some coffee. The service was good and the products fresh. We had no issue hanging around beyond the 30 minute minimum posted, which made our time together better. We'll done Duncan.
