Update: This location keeps getting worse for the weary, unfortunately. Although it's in a high-traffic location. It really needs an upgrade and consistent staffing (I feel like I'm teaching the servers the orders, each time I go). They really need to fix their door and whatever is going on, along the side of the entrance. They are also, always in need of a good mopping.I've had pretty good experiences with my orders here. Though, I will say there is typically a longer wait here than I've had at other DnDs. And unfortunately the staff here is not well trained. There customer service is lack-luster.Today, however, I can say, I had one of the best cups of decaf (extra cream, no flavor, no sugar) I've had in a while. Decaf is usually burnt. This was a pleasant experience!However, as you can see from the pictures, this location needs some TLC.Note: There is still no seating available. I will also say, safe did wear their masks! 😷

Always one of my favorite, 5 star Dunkin locations. Coffee always fresh, as is the food. Employees are attentive.I don’t know if this location was sold, or if the owner just stopped caring, but it is quite run down. And it is a relatively new location. Front door has been busted for many months. Parking area is hazardous; maybe 12 cramped spots. Very difficult to maneuver, and filthy as well. A couple of homeless regulars stroll around out front. Plus they keep two overflowing cans of garbage directly in front of the store, which makes no sense at all. It is an eating establishment. At least make an effort to keepIt clean.

Food is burned 3 different times since we told them to keep an eye on it they still burned bread and cheese. Coffe smelled burned too. They need to adjust their times on warmer.

Great Dunkin. Staff is the best. They always remember you and are quick and never get my order wrong. Gil is the man. He always makes sure my order is ready to go when I come in. Him and all the other staff too. Friendly and take care of you. Glad they’re my neighborhood Dunkin’.

Ordered online, waited 5 mins then came in they on their phones seating, when I said placed an order 5 mins ago he barely got up and stated doing my order with one hand cuz in the other he were holding his phone and texting , it’s not the 1st time happened with me in this location, so it’s time to leave a review, if you have chance to go to a different location please go so you don’t waste your time and mood here , after service like this didn’t even wanted to drink my coffee!!!
