I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a cookie dough frozen coffee, and hash browns. My bagel barely had cream cheese and my coffee was missing mocha drizzle and was chunky. I have ordered this drink before and it was smooth and creamy. A regular was talking to the worker, and when I asked for a straw because she forgot to give me one, her smile dropped.

I always order my morning coffee and I have a very simple straightforward "caramel latte". How hard is it? So I used to order my latte with coffe milk and I LOVED IT. So, I make the same order every single morning. One day suddenly they went out of coffee milk and they haven't gotten the stock in the whole freaking 2 weeks? Like you're not telling me that you don't get your stock every single morning and not decide to use it? I don't even try to make a fuss, my order is always ready, but it's been 2 weeks man! Get the damn coffee milk, and get the put the damn 5 caramel pumps in the coffee because I'm paying for it. What kind of attitude is this? Learn to do your job. Please. People spend $6 everyday, make their coffee right.

I come here often but I’m going to stop because I realized the women who work in the front apparently can’t handle customer service. For some reason I’m always given a disgusting attitude. It is always the SAME women that work there that give me this disgusting attitude. They have switched employees before and I had the best experience. My coffee was perfect and I was serviced politely. I ASKED FOR A TOASTED EVERYTHING BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE AND BACON AND I GOT AN EVERYTHING SOFT BAGEL WITH BACON AND NO CREAM CHEESE. It was in one side. If you have issues serving women because I’ve never seen them give a man any kind of attitude or issue then you shouldn’t be in customer service. Literal stick up there a** every time they see me on line.

Drinks and food are normal DD goodness, the staff made my ice coffee the way I like it so that is a major plus.Cons:Dirty floors and sticky tables - I sat for 45minites and no staff came to clean or sweep.Loud - looking for quite haven, this ain't the place. The source of the noise pollution are the loud staff speaking and yelling in their native language and the obnoxious college students.Best to pop in and go if you are in the area.But towards the end of my 45 min stay, the place got quite, but caveat emptor.
