I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte through UberEats, but what I received was just a cup of milk with no trace of matcha at all. While UberEats did refund me for the drink, I’m honestly more disappointed than anything else.I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when it’s close to closing time. I’m not a difficult customer, and I would have been okay if the store had contacted me to let me know they were out of matcha. Other stores sometimes call, substitute items, or even cancel when something’s unavailable. But to receive plain milk instead of what I was looking forward to was really frustrating.I was genuinely excited for my drink, and that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I hope this doesn’t happen to others and that the store communicates better in the future.

this location frequently makes mistakes on our drinks and is especially inconsistent with sweetened flavors. sometimes my coffee tastes like straight creamer even from the top. though they seem understaffed most of the time so i can't blame them; wait times are always way longer here than my usual location. food is usually okay.on a side note if you're a customer reading this please be considerate to fast food employees. there's no reason to spread negative energy it's not helpful especially to someone handling your food..

The worst milkshake I ever had. I asked for very berry strawberry milkshake on the thick side and it was literally like milk didn't taste very berry at all never again

Only one customer ahead and it still took too long and they didn't follow my order instruction.Update: I went back today 5/10 and the women out of spite messed up my order. I asked for scooped out dark toasted bagel with butter, first she under toast it so out of spit when she went to add the butter she puts a massive amount...what happens I open my bagel and the top falls off. I ask for another she doesn't scoop it does not make it dark and again over butters. By the time I got to my car the bag and all the contents were full of grease and butter 😡 I guess they don't want special instructions
