I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' recently. I ordered a latte with specific customization notes, but when I received my drink, it was missing the requested adjustments. I calmly explained the issue to Ashraf, the employee, but instead of addressing the mistake with professionalism, he responded with a dismissive attitude. It's frustrating when you don't receive the service you're expecting, and the lack of courtesy made the situation even worse. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves both the accuracy of orders and customer service.

Went in to pick up my order that I placed through the app. I wasn’t greeted, they forgot the flavors I selected for my coffee so none was put in it and they didn’t stir my coffee that had flavor syrups and cream. I tried getting the attention of one of the worker there to let her know they forgot my donut and she glanced at me and walked past without saying a word. That was Disrespectful to paying customers. I spoke to the manager and he didn’t care. He made excuses
